Since childhood, the world of gods and goddesses has felt like a living presence around me — their stories whispered in temples, sung in festivals, and painted across the skies of my imagination. When I hold my brush and touch the canvas, those stories awaken once again, not as distant legends, but as companions of the present.

In my acrylic paintings, Shiva meditates by the ghats of Varanasi, his stillness echoing in the rhythm of the river. Nandi waits with quiet devotion, reminding us of loyalty and surrender. Radha and Krishna dance in vibrant colors, their eternal love flowing like music in the air. Each stroke is not just color, but a verse from mythology — retold in a language of textures, light, and form.

I find acrylics to be the perfect medium for this journey. They allow me to weave intensity and softness together — the fiery reds of the goddess, the cosmic blues of Shiva, the golden glow of temple lamps. Sometimes the canvas feels like a prayer, other times like a celebration.

For me, mythology is not locked in the past. It is alive, breathing in every ritual, every festival, every chant we hear. My paintings attempt to capture that living essence — so that when you look at them, you don’t just see a god or goddess, you feel their presence, their energy, their timeless story.
