2. Shipping Methods and Packaging
We facilitate the worldwide delivery of artworks utilizing reputable courier services to ensure secure and reliable transportation. Shipment shall commence upon completion of the artwork’s packaging preparation for delivery to your designated address.
Artworks shall be shipped in one of the following formats, as specified by you at the time of purchase:
- Unframed artworks shall be shipped in rolled form within a durable tube container.
- Framed artworks shall be shipped within a wooden crate, employing high-quality packaging materials to mitigate risk of damage.
3. Shipping Charges and Delivery Timelines
Shipping charges shall be calculated based on the delivery location and shall be exclusive of the artwork’s purchase price. Such charges will be communicated to you prior to order confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- For destinations within India: 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
- For international destinations: 14 to 21business days from the date of shipment.
These timelines are approximations and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any delays arising from such external factors.
