Orders placed on www.Artbysangita.com (the Website) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Artworks available for sale on the website may not always be in the physical possession of the artist or website owner and may be located anywhere in India or internationally.
- Upon receipt of full advance payment, artworks will be shipped to the buyer using a reputable courier service within seven (7) business days for domestic deliveries (in rolled format and protective cylinders or framed), and within fourteen (14) business days for international shipments.
- In the event of damage to an artwork during transit, buyers are instructed not to accept the parcel and to notify us immediately by email at sangitakhowala9@gmail.com. In such cases, refunds are not provided; however, a replacement artwork of equivalent value may be selected by the buyer.
- Buyers are responsible for all costs, charges, and applicable taxes related to the purchase. For orders shipped outside India, payments must be made in US Dollars.
- While care is taken to accurately reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted digitally, slight variations in shade, colour, and brightness may occur due to the unique nature of each artwork. No claims will be accepted regarding such differences.
- An authenticity certificate will be provided with each artwork at the time of shipping.
- Copyright for all paintings remains with the artist.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel any order placed on the website prior to delivery without providing a reason.
- Copyright of all images on the site remains with the artist at all times.
